Sometimes you find things work better if you follow a process. You can certainly use Local License differently than we suggest.  

However, we will give you our recommended process.

Typically a license/permit process starts with a person/application.

The information from that is gathered along with the type of license/permit sought. Any applicable fee is collected. A decision is made on the license/permit and is issued or denied. Similarly a renewal process is needed

If it is issued there are often ongoing inspections of the activity to insure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances.

Make a decision on the application. Issue or deny as may be appropriate

Print/Send license or permit as is appropriate to applicant.
